COS-MAIL-Client
COS-MAIL offers the possibility of dispatching your business- letters
and forms directly from the application as an email. The following options are available:
COS-MAIL/PDF
COS-MAIL/PDF enables the
dispatch of your print-outputs in Adobe PDF format as an email attachment.
Multilateral outputs are thereby summarized in one file. The presentation and
the printing at the recipient are made by the free available software
Adobe-Acrobat-Reader.
COS-MAIL/PCL
With COS-MAIL/PCL you can
now dispatch your forms, which have been prepared for a laser printer by
COS-PRINT, as an email attatchment. The receipient can now print the attachment
comfortably and simply on his laser printer with a free software. If the
receiver has a PCL viewer, he has the posibility of viewing the file before
printing it.
COS-MAIL/RS
This function controls the
automatical printing of a COS-email at the recipient.
COS-MAIL/MRS recieves the
email at the recipient and choses the right printers itself, for the forms to
be printed properly.
